By using ReplyDrafter (the "Service" or "Extension"), you agree to the following terms:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Connection ID (User UUID). Do not share this key with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
ReplyDrafter uses Artificial Intelligence to generate draft responses. AI can occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or offensive content ("Hallucinations").
You agree to review all drafts for accuracy before sending them. ReplyDrafter is a drafting tool, not a fully autonomous agent. We are not liable for the content of emails you send.
Plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time. Past payments are non-refundable. Service usage limits (e.g., number of authorized email accounts) are enforced based on your active plan.
You agree not to use the service for generating spam, phishing, or illegal content. You must own the rights to the documents you upload to your Knowledge Base.
ReplyDrafter provides services "as-is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to business interruptions or communication errors.
